The partners will seek economic conditions where current and future rates of property absorption exceed the current market supply of multifamily housing.

The firm's acquisition activities are national in scope and focus on providing investors with a desired dividend yield by acquiring an existing set of cash flows.

Acquisitions

  • Property Types: Garden, Infill, Mid-Rise, and High-Rise properties with 150-500 units per property located across national markets. Portfolio acquisitions are desirable.
  • Investment Structure: Joint venture and wholly-owned investment structures.
  • Horizon: 3-10 years with annual dividend and pre-tax IRR targets.
  • Investment Type: Equity and Preferred Equity.
